Walkthrough & Notes
- Kill enemies in tier 8 hunting areas (Frozen Valley, Neftet, and Tou-Tou) until you find a Lucky Platinum Letter.
- Show the letter to Ma'whar al-Talmi in Eastham (The Leaping Stallion).
- (Optional) You may hand any excess letters you have to Ulewinna for some luminance and a Volatile Pyreal.
