Question:	Does each spell have it's own difficulty level? Certain spells (Portals come to mind) are more difficult to successfully cast. Does each spell have it's own difficulty level that is usually the same as the other same level spells in the same school?

Answer:	Yes, each spell has it's own difficulty. The majority of all spells, however, do not differ very far from each other within 2 categories: the spell level and if it's a positive or negative spell (buffs vs. debuffs). In general, the higher the level, the harder the spell. Also the negative spells are around 25 points harder to cast than the positive ones.
