Question:	I've never seen bow mastery on anything but gloves (AL 0), never on gauntlets. Is this intentional or a loot-o-matic bug?

Answer:	It's intentional. It's hard to do dexterity-based skills such as pulling a fine bowstring while wearing massive metal gauntlets.
