Question:	The impression I have is that an item's Spellcraft level is only relevant if the item is a wand/orb/staff/etc and it has an offensive spell. Is this true, or does the Spellcraft on, say, an Armor IV ring have any relevance? If so, how? (or, "What's Spellcraft?", heh)

Answer:	Spellcraft is also relevent for negative enchantments. Like war spells, you roll Spellcraft vs. MagicD when one is cast on you. Because of the way the code works, if negative spells of a school have to have a spellcraft listed, so do positive spells.
