Question:	I've noticed that on many magical items there is a "spellcraft" for it. For example, a bracelet that casts Strength 2 might have a Difficulty of 50 and a Spellcraft of 50. What does this spellcraft represent?

Answer:	Spellcraft is the "skill" of the item at casting its spells. It casts the spells as if it had a magic skill equivalent to its spellcraft.
