Question:	The new gems reduce damage from various threats by 33% - does this stack with Life magic, or if I cast Level VI spells on myself will using the gem be a waste?

Answer:	It would be a waste. The spells within the gems are new, but they aren't different enough from the magic of Isparians that they would interact with and complement each other.
