Question:	I am seeing a number of posts that look something like: "1 n33d 4 p0r+41 2 +3+h". Is this caused by an unfamiliarity with the English language, ineptitude with the keyboard, or simply an attempt to dumb-down English by those who lack the ability to recognize 26 letters?
