How high is the level cap for characters?

| Question: | I've heard there's a level cap for characters.How high can you go and how many XP does it take to get there? I was just wondering since I was thinking about spending the next several years trying to get to level 600 or so and having a one man (or god) army with every skill trained. |

| Answer: | The max amount of XP you can get is 4,294,967,296. You can never get more XP than that, because we use a 4-byte integer to store your XP, and that is the biggest number that can fit in the four-byte integer. The maximum level is calculated by formulae that we can change. (To get to the highest level always requires the max possible XP.) The current max level is in the high 120's, but again, it may change very soon for all I know (I'm a programmer, not a designer.) |
