Question Title:	Will all Melee weapons get a skill check vs Dmg?

Question:	Since it was proved that UA is overpower'd and by far more powerfull then any other melee weapon due to the skill dmg bonus they recieve, Can a skill dmg bonus be applied to other melee weapons? I beleive this issue seriously reduces the enjoyability of of playing another weapon class, I dun mind rerolling a character keeps things intersting but I see almost everyone rerolling as a UA simply because no other type of meleer can compare to the fighting power, Dereth is becoming Sho UA dominent world..

Answer:	No, the other weapons will not be given skill bonuses. It's too powerful in UA and if it were given to other classes, they'd have to have their weapons's damages reduced to compenstate.
