Question Title: Why was Sylsfear once called the Syliph Dungeon?
Category: Backstory
Question: Sylsfear dungeon has always been my favorite. I've read all the lore I can about it, but I've never quite figured out any real history of its existance. Legend has it that it was once called Syliph Dungeon. Why was it called Syliph Dungeon and how did it become known as Sylsfear?

Thank you for your precious time.

Answer: It was renamed Sylsfear by its first explorer, Zalphoos. The poor fellow lost his lady love in its depths (this was in the early years of the lifestones; she was resurrected as an animated corpse), and dubbed it "the fear of Syliph."
