Question Title:	When can we have allegiance wars?

Question:	Will it be possible to have big allegiance wars in the future. Lets say that allegiance A declare war against allegiance B. Allegiance B is accepting. All members in team A will be red to those of team B and the same way on the other way. An easy way of determine who the winner is in a war like this could be to reach a killing score set by the monarchs.

Answer:	We've said it before, I'll say it again: many of us want conditional PK (DaveJ and I especially), but it's a big big coding job. I would not expect any work to be done on it for at least six months, if at all.
