Syntax

Usage

Use this to conveniently link to a specific version from a page's history. This is preferable to a hard link because it will not need to be updated if the wiki moves hosting (providing a complete database transfer takes place). Also it does not display the external link icon. This template requires you to specify the page and thus allows you to refer to any page you wish, a shorter template can be used if you wish to default to the page it is used on by using Template:History.

The oldid number can be found in the page links under the History tab for every page on the wiki.
