After so many years of interbreeding, I would be surprised if there are many with more than 1/6 Viamont blood. And remember, the Viamont came as noble overlords and conquerors. While Im sure things happened between conquerors and conquered, those offspring are unlikely to be "legitimate."
That said, Viamont is still just over the mountains, so its not like an Aluvian and a Viamont might never meet.
What distinguishes aluvians from viamonts? skin color? size? or just language?
Genetically, as much as distinguishes a Scotsman from a Venetian. (Probably less, actually, due to their geographic proximity on Ispar.)
