Overview

This is assumed to be a Seasonal Quest. It is paired with the Fiun Festival Decorations quest.

Walkthrough & Notes

Speak to Bayram Yagmur, Sawa Kyoko, or Scarlett Hathwaye.
- Bayram's final location was in Zaikhal. He was previously located at 2.7S, 19.4E in Samsur, then at 24.9S, 28.3E in Uziz.
- Sawa's final location was at 49.7S, 62.5E in Baishi. She was previously located at 1.8S, 82.3E in Mayoi.
- Scarlett did not reappear after leaving Arwic. She was previously located at 10.9N, 58.3E in Rithwic, then at 29.9N, 27.0E in Glenden Wood, and finally at 33.3N, 56.6E in Arwic.
Retrieve a Snow Shovel found in the buckets next to either NPC.
- Note: Snow shovels are available at all current and previous NPC locations.
Locate Magical Spinning Snowballs, found randomly across the landscape. They appear with Little Penguins below them, which show up as an NPC on the radar.
While wielding the Snow Shovel, use the Magical Spinning Snowball. This will cause an item to appear on the ground.
Collect the item and bring it to Bayram Yagmur or Scarlett Hathwaye.They will will accept the following items:
- Large Carrot.
- Leather Remnant.
- Piece of Coal.
- Pile of Snow.
- Tree Branch.
- Note: For other items, see the Snowman Construction quest.
Once enough items have been turned in, the snowman is completed and the NPC moves on. The completed snowman cannot be selected or interacted with.
