Description
The Shattered Outlands is located on the northern half of the Isle of Ruin, the easternmost island of the Halaetan Isles. The area is surrounded by an unpassable razorback ridge of mountains with the only pass through them located near 93N 47W. There are a few places of interest on the thin strip of beach on the other side of the mountains. This is perhaps the most thickly populated area next to the Paradox Olthoi Valley, but it is much larger.
Spawn Distributions
The Shattered Outlands is the highest difficulty area of the Halaetan Isles containing creatures aimed at those above level 100.
Route
- From the Town Network, take the south (Annex) wing to Eastwatch.
- Some of the dungeons on the west side of the outlands are easier to reach by heading east from the Fiun Outpost:
