Notes
- Route: See:Assassin's Roost Quest
- She appears to be an NPC but will attack when provoked.
- She does large amounts of melee slash damage very quickly. Her dagger casts Gossamer Flesh on you almost all the time. It is recommended that you have someone healing you if you want to kill her.
- When she dies she drops the Assassin's Cowl (100% drop rate) and Assassin's Edge (not 100% drop rate) as well as some generic armor.
- She remembers who has killed her and refuses to do business with them until they buy a Writ of Forgiveness from Creed and give it to her. You can only "redeem" yourself once a week.
Lore & Dialog
- Selaina is a master assassin like Oswald who recently came to Dereth. In fact, she and Oswald were once apprentices together and have a kind of rivalry. On Dereth she started an unnamed fraternity of assassins.
- Read the Teaser article from the What Once was Lost patch that details an encounter between Selaina and Oswald.

Selaina the Subtle tells you, "Creed will supply you with the things you need to hold a position in our ranks."
Selaina the Subtle tells you, "Do you have what it takes to stand amongst the members of this elite fraternity of killers?"
Attacking Selaina:
Selaina the Subtle tells you, "Get over here!" (She then teleports you to the top of the tower near her)

Selaina the Subtle tells you, "Death's a business. This is something I definitely understand. I'll forgive you of your transgressions against me for now but if you do it again it'll cost you more coin and I'm only willing to let you redeem yourself once a week."
Giving Selaina a Mana Forge Key Writ:

Selaina the Subtle tells you, "In the grasp of the wicked you can often find useful things. I took this key from one who stood against our point of view after I slew him in single combat."
Selaina the Subtle gives you Mana Forge Key.
Selaina the Subtle tells you, "As a precaution I can only give you one of these every week."
Giving Selaina a Death Dealer Title Writ:
You give Selaina the Subtle Death Dealer Title Writ.
Selaina the Subtle tells you, "Go forth and dispatch those who stand against your authority."
