Notes
- Found at the bottom of the Royal Hive, only after all five Bells have been destroyed on the Marescent Plateau.
- Is immobile due to her distended abdomen full of Olthoi Eggs. Once killed she detaches from her abdomen and becomes mobile and respawns as the Olthoi Queen (Royal Hive).
