Note:

1. Critical damage upgrades (defensive and offensive) add 2 points instead of 1 to rating.
2. You get bonus of damage rating levels for equipping more than 8 pieces of the SAME type of armor:
   • First 8 equipped add normal levels
   • Next 2 pieces add 2x
   • Last piece adds 3x

So, the maximum amount of rating level Olthoi can achieve is 19/30 noncritical/critical.
