Quest Overview
During the Ancient Enemies event, various creatures were kidnapped from their homes and used as Virindi experiments; the outcome of which can be seen in the Aerbax's Prodigal quests. At each of the kidnap sites, could be found a Shred of Blue Cloth that when handed to Guard Hrothgar earned you an experience reward (now retired).

- As the month rolls around to April on another world far away, the world of Dereth becomes...more surreal.
- Yet even amongst all the surreality, a tragedy occurs. Yet another kidnappin has occurred, this time in Candeth Keep itself!

- Guard Hrothgar tells you, "This is at least a more conventional crime, even if we have no leads yet. Dojiro Sargi has been the grocer here in Candeth Keep for some time, but no one is aware of any enemies that he may have made. One night, Talira Dain's servant, Gilly, went out to pick up cheese for her mistress's late night snack, and discovered that Grocer Sargi was missing."
- Guard Hrothgar tells you, "The local guard report that they might have seen the purple glow of someone portalling earlier that evening, but they assumed it was one of the many adventurers who often come here to reprovision."
