My smiling one, I have only now found that you have been imprisoned. I have sent a plee to Lord Cynreft asking for lenience in whatever crimes he believes you have committed. Yet, I know in my heart that you could not have brought harm to another. You my happy, carefree soul. You my dearest one. Now that I know you are still alive I will bend my very spirit to bringing you home.

- Laylana tells you, "You found him? He is imprisoned? Oh, my love, what could have happened."
- Laylana tells you, "Please deliver this note to Lord Cynreft and then deliver this note to my love in his prison."

- Give to Wall (Jester's Prison) to advance in the quest:
- You give Wall Laylana's Love Letter.
- A very loud whisper can be heard coming from the hole in the wall. "Thanks for the letter! Things get kind of crazy in here sometimes, but I can hold on now that I know she still loves me."
- The Jester tells you, "Psst! You can go on just a bit further into the prison and help me out. It's not that dangerous really. Just a little deadly. Find my entombment wall and knock it down. That's all, just a little demolition and I'll be out of your hair. It's really not asking too much is it?"
