Overview

Sharia Blackmist investigates the paranormal for the Arcanum. Help her do some ghost busting by banishing 3 ghosts beneath the newly unearthed Mhoire Castle in Graveyard.

Walkthrough & Notes

Sharia will give you a Crystal of Spectral Blood and a Skull of One Thousand Torments.
Just outside the Graveyard to the northwest is a large rubble strewn pit at 64.4S 45.1W where the Mhoire Castle once erupted from the ground.
Walk around the pit using the Crystal every 10 feet or so. If there is no ghost nearby there will be no message. If a ghost is somewhat close but not near the message will be will be: The jewel swirls with a blood red color. If there is a ghost very close by the message will also include: You hear a faint whisper saying "A spirit is close now. I can taste it."
Once you find a location with a ghost, an area with a radius of about 15 feet will have a ghost somewhere within it (continue using the crystal to make sure you haven't left the area). Wander around within the area where a ghost is using the Skull until you get close enough to kill it (there will be no indication how close you are until you kill it) and you get the message: :A resonant voice cries out in anguish.
On the ground will be a Spectral Heart. Repeat two more times until you have 3 hearts then return to Sharia and give them to her.

Notes

The ghosts can be found during the night and during the day.

Sharia Blackmist tells you, "The recent unearthing of Mhoire Castle has left unusual paranormal disturbances in the rubble left behind. These unseen spirits corrupt the magic in this area. I need you to find and destroy the spirits there. Unfortunately the spirits are invisible and incorporeal."

Sharia Blackmist tells you, "I have developed two pieces of arcane equipment to locate and banish these spirits."

Sharia Blackmist gives you Skull of One Thousand Torments.

Sharia Blackmist tells you, "The Crystal of Spectral blood will glow red when it detects a spirit. If the spirit is close it will whisper to you."

Sharia Blackmist tells you, "The Skull of One Thousand Torments can destroy these spirits. The problem is you must be very close to a spirit for it to work. It alos takes a few seconds to recharge."

Sharia Blackmist tells you, "You must figure out the location of these spirits using the crystal and destroy three of them. Nothing will be left except for their corrupted, spectral hearts."

Sharia Blackmist tells you, "When you have obtained three hearts as proof that you have destroyed them hand one to me and I will reward you for your efforts."

Completing Quest

Sharia Blackmist tells you, "Greetings. The Blackmist family has accepted the position of investigators of the paranormal for the Arcanum."

Sharia Blackmist tells you, "Have you destroyed three of these invisible spirits and retrieved their hearts? If not you can find them in the rubble under Mhoire Castle now that it has risen into the sky."

Sharia Blackmist tells you, "If you have the hearts then hand one to me."

You allow Sharia Blackmist to examine your Spectral Heart.

Sharia Blackmist tells you, "Excellent! I can now finish my studies! Take these tokens as a reward. The nobles have asked the Arcanum to acknowledge this reward and trade 10 of these tokens with forge keys."

You hand over all of your Spectral Hearts.

You hand over all of your Crystal of Spectral Bloods.

You hand over all of your Skull of One Thousand Tormentss.

You've earned 35,000,000 experience.

Sharia Blackmist gives you 2 Adventurer's Tokens.
