• Each character more than 15 days old at the time of the Master of Arms patch can obtain a one time gift of one coin from the this emissary at 33.6N, 56.9E in Arwic (first floor). Neither the coin nor the weapon can be moved to another character.
• Use token to purchase a single weapon from the Free Weapon Vendor.
