Creeping Blight Banner of the Courtyard

A banner erected by the Creeping Blight to show their control over the local area. Those who have joined one of the Societies and shunned Asheron's Protection may contest this claim.
This banner may only be used by PK-flagged members of one of the Societies. A single person may only claim one banner every 5 minutes.

Notes
- Found at the following locations:
- Appears after the Crystal Array is destroyed.
- If a member of a faction that doesn't currently own the Keep uses this Crystal then that will revert the ownership of the Keep back to the Creeping Blight. After that the Keep can be claimed by another faction.
- After the countdown timer reaches zero then the defending faction can restore the Crystal Array.
- The Creeping Blight Banner of the Courtyard falls to the ground! It is now vulnerable to being destroyed! If protected for 5 minutes, [Defending Faction] Geomancers can repair it!
