• Found behind a locked door (Difficulty 660) that can be picked, or opened with the Slimy Key inside the Corrupted Catacombs.
• The timer begins when you pick up the item.
• Attempting to use the mana shard after completing the quest:

As you touch the Corrupted Mana Shard, a blast of energy erupts from the center of the shard!

Corrupted Mana Shard casts Mana Blight and drains 241 points of your mana.
