- Located in south wing of Faction Stronghold. Turn in Commendation Ribbons as you earn them for completing faction quests in order to advance in rank within your faction. Each rank has a limit to the number of ribbons that can be turned in per week. The timer starts ??.

Commendations Officer tells you, "To turn in Commendation Ribbons, simply have at least 5 Ribbons in your inventory, and hand me one. I only deal in transactions in lots of 5, so if you have less than that, you'll need to get more before you come back here."
