Notes
- Route: See Cragstone, Hebian-To or Zaikhal
- Give him 10 Pristine Mana Shards for a Mana Forge Key that will open one of the two Mana Forge Chests. There are a set of chests in Cragstone, Hebian-To, and Zaikhal.
- You can turn in 50 Shards total for 5 Keys at the Arcanum Quota Officer, after that, you will need 25 for one key with the Arcanum Mana-smith. This has a one week timer
- WARNING: Do not turn in if your main pack is full! This will count against your weekly quota and you will not receive a Mana Forge Key.

Arcanum Quota Officer tells you, "Welcome to the Mana Forge! I am the Arcanum Quota Officer for this Mana Forge."
Arcanum Quota Officer tells you, "The Mana Forge has a quota for Pristine Mana Shards before the forges are working at maximum capacity. I am authorized to offer a better rate for the keys to our Shard Mana Forge Chests to accomplished adventurers such as yourself until our quota is filled."
Arcanum Quota Officer tells you, "To fill that quota, I am prepared to offer you a rate of 10 shards for each key up to 5 times each week. Once I have filled my quota and the forges are working at maximum capacity you will need to talk to the other Mana-smiths to turn in shards for the remainder of the week."
