Store-bought version of this common loot item

• During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Dagger to Finesse Weapons, the damage upped from 0.75 - 3 to 1 -4 and the Ivoryable property removed. Knives now all come as Multi-Strike.

The Ivoryable property existed because knives could have a bandit hilt applied to them, making them attuned and bonded.
