Overview
Walkthrough & Notes
- From the Singularity Caul portal drop, run to 91.8S 92.7W and clear the mobs underneath the Shadow Spire. This will trigger another spawn to appear, which you must defeat to trigger the third and final spawn of Isin Dule's Lieutenants.
- Kill all 3 and then enter the portal that spawns beneath the spire.
- Climb the stairs to the top of the tower, where you'll find Captain Faalx.
- When Captain Faalx is killed, a portal to the Spire's Head opens above you on the ceiling. Double-click it to enter.
- Note: The portal can be difficult to see, it looks like a black swirling mist on the ceiling.
- Kill the Shadow Cyst, and loot a Boney Lump of Flesh (key) from its corpse.
- Warning: The Cyst casts the spell Black Madness that reduces all skills by 30% for 1 minute. It also spawns a group of Shadow creatures when its health reaches 50%.
- Use the Boney Lump of Flesh to open the Fleshy Trove on the ledge nearby. It contains the Shield of Isin Dule and the untranslated text, Fleshy Lump.
- Optional: If you have no use for the shield, you can hand to to Sarkin Killcrane at 61.9S, 51.5W in Wai Jhou an experience reward.

- Bretself the Translator tells you, "Ugh! Another of these lumps? Even worse, this ones still squirming! Still... this is fascinating."
- Bretself the Translator tells you, "This seems to be orders to the Shadows under Isin Dule's command. Oh my, he raised a Shadow Spire? He's ordering his forces to stop some High Archon of the Raven Hand. Here, take a look."
- Bretself the Translator gives you Isin Dule's Orders.
- Handing in Shield of Isin Dule
- You give Sarkin Killcrane Shield of Isin Dule.
- You've earned 10,000,000 experience.
- Killcrane handles the shield with apprehension and disgust.
- Sarkin Killcrane tells you, "Hmm... I've seen some of the tougher shadows armed with these things recently. Thank you for bringing me this, I'll destroy it before it spreads the shadow taint. Here, take this in exchange."
