• Pickup Timer: 20 hours.
• Does not stack.
• Use on Sword of Lost Light to transform it into the Sword of Lost Hope:

You apply the Hopeslayer's Blood to the Sword's blade, and it warps and darkens!

• Give to Lilly of Glenden Wood for 15,000,000 experience:

You give Lilly of Glenden Wood Blood of the Hopeslayer.

Lilly of Glenden Wood tells you, "Egad! What a disgusting mess! I'll just destroy this right now!"
