Wistan Aletain tells you, "You look to be capable enough to help me. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Wistan Aletain, and I am chronicling some of the more recent events that have occurred on our little isle of woe."

Wistan Aletain tells you, "There is an Isparian crafter, Rhik Ibn Raya, that is working with our pyreal alloy in new ways. I would like to study an example of his work. I hear he lives just outside Al-Arqas."
