Mesalina is working with Yuudai for an unknown person referred to as "Mistress." When handing in the bow to Yuudai, he gives Mesalina an order, and she disappears:

You give Yuudai Aleesa's Longbow.

Yuudai says, "Ahh you have succeeded!"

Yuudai says, "Mistress will be very pleased with this indeed."

Yuudai says, "Mesalina, inform Her at once about our success here."

Any time you talk to Mesalina, you get the same response:

Mesalina tells you, "Do not bother me."
