Recover fiery weapons from Banderlings camped in the northern parts of Dereth.

Walkthrough & Notes

The Quarter Staff of Fire

1. Head to the Edelbar Banderling Camp at 43.9N, 25.1E (use Facility Hub shortcut).
2. Kill the two Banderling Pillagers and search them until you find the Giant Club of Fire, Jo of Fire, Nabut of Fire, Quarter Staff of Fire
3. Optional: If you seek a challenge, there are also Banderling Bandits that carry the Quarter Staff of Fire to be found on the lower levels of the Arwic Mines.

300 Wield Fire Weapons

1. Head to the Banderling Camp at 38.2N, 7.1E in the Tiofor Woods.
   • Route: From Glenden Wood, take the Whispering Pines Cottages portal at 27.8N, 29.5E.
2. Once you reach the camp, you will be met by many Banderlings including Banderling Berserkers, Banderling Strikers, Banderling Rogues, and two Banderling Plunderers.
3. Kill the Banderling Plunderers, and loot the Spear of Fire, Pike of Fire, Pike of Fire, Pike of Fire. You many need to clear the spawn a couple times to get all four. There is also a Runed Chest at the top of the tower which can be picked open.
4. Optional: There is also a Banderling Rogue in the Banderling Camp at 65.0N, 3.0W that carries the Fire Spear, but the camp is inhabited by other more difficult creatures as well.

Warden tells you, "To the West of Holtburg you'll find the abandoned town of Edelbar, many years ago this town was sacked by Tumeroks."

Warden tells you, "Now the town is left to the wilds, many creatures occupy it. To the Northwest of Edelbar you'll find a camp of Banderling Bandits."

Warden tells you, "Their camp is located near 43.9N 25.1E. One of these Banderlings possessed a Quarter Staff of Fire."

Warden tells you, "Locate the camp, kill the Banderlings and return to me when you find the Quarter Staff of Fire and I will see to it that you're rewarded."

You allow Warden to examine your Quarter Staff of Fire.

Warden tells you, "You've done well to recover this Quarter Staff of Fire for me."

Warden tells you, "You've earned this reward."

Update History

Release Quest introduced. The Hall of the Tusker King Fire arrows retired as fiery weapon reward. Northwest camp Banderling Bandit updated to a Banderling Rogue and now drops the Fire Spear instead of random fiery weapons. Arwic Mines camp Banderling Bandits now drop the Quarter Staff of Fire instead of random fiery weapons. Second quarterstaff camp added at Edelbar. Second fire spear camp added in the Tiofor Woods. Reforging the Past Now one of the Facility Hub Quests (bonus reward). Quarter Staff of Fire updated. Master of Design Banderling Camp Directions text retired. Edelbar Directions text retired.
