From Discord, 7/14:

Meeting Halls are closing down all across Dereth, something about not up to code or something. Characters logged off in meetings halls will be moved to Holtburg. You have some time to find them a new home if you choose, probably a week or so.

Server updated to ACE 287. Meetings Halls are closed. Town criers are oblivious.

The Scriveners have formed a guild in the Annex and Sanctum, now they are taking coffee breaks and getting to go home.

Updated Locations

All meeting halls retired. The structures on the landscape remain but the portals are gone.
Uziz and Zaikhal meeting hall dungeons repurposed as the new Scrivener's Annex and Scrivener's Santum dungeons.
