Walkthrough & Notes

Optional: Speak to Lady Winthura.
Bring Lady Winthura 5 Yellow Monster Seeds, Orange Monster Seeds, or Red Monster Seeds to be flagged to enter Winthura's Garden.
Proceed into the dungeon. In the first cave section, jump down into the room below containing tumerok corpses.
The first section contains Tumerok Gardeners in the hallway and Large Spiked Vines in the side rooms.
Kill a Large Spiked Vine to obtain a Tumerok Gardener's Head.
At the end of the hallway, take a left to proceed into a large chamber with a walkway above.
Head east, then north. Go up a small hallway/stairway and pull the lever.
Return to the large chamber and head south. The door to the east should be open.
Enter the room to the east and kill the Tumerok Gardener Leader. This will open a door to the west, in the large chamber.
Return to the large chamber and enter the room to the west. Go through the opened door.
Proceed through the next set of halls with siderooms. Lower level characters should proceed with caution - these halls and rooms are full of Small Spiked Vines that spam cast Piercing Vulnerability Other IV, cast wars, and shoot spikes.
Go through the hall section with the spiked vines. Take the stairs up to the final cave section.
In the cave section, speak with Lord Balthall to obtain Lord Balthall's Key.
Head back to the hallway filled with small spiked vines. Enter the middle-west room, and use the key to unlock the door within.
Enter the final area of the dungeon. There is a small room with several more small spiked vines, and a larger room below.
In the large room, give a Tumerok Gardener's Head to the Large Monster Plant Seed (Object) to begin the boss fight.
1. Round 1: Monstrous Spiked Vine with 10k health.
2. Round 2: Monstrous Spiked Vine with 15k health and small spiked vines.
3. Round 3: Monstrous Spiked Vine with 20k health, small spiked vines, and carenzi burrowers.
Kill the final boss and loot the Large Monster Plant Seed (Item)

Lady Winthura tells you, "Despite my efforts, more powerful tumeroks attacked our estate. My husband was captured and my precious gardens were taken from me again."

Lady Winthura tells you, "Ever since, the tumeroks have been corrupting my work."

Lady Winthura tells you, "Prove your worth to me, Adventurer. Bring me 5 yellow, orange, or red monster seeds and I will let you into my gardens."

Yellow Monster Seed Turn In

You allow Lady Winthura to examine your Yellow Monster Seed.

You hand over 5 of your Yellow Monster Seeds.

Lady Winthura tells you, "Thank you for finding these seeds. They are woefully under appreciated."

You've earned 25,000,000 experience.

Lady Winthura waves her hand and you feel changed.

Lady Winthura tells you, "You may now enter my gardens whenever you wish."

Lady Winthura tells you, "Find my husband and drive out the tumeroks and whatever abominations they have created with my precious plants and I shall reward you."

Lady Winthura Returning Dialog

Lady Winthura tells you, "Welcome back, Adventurer. Drive out the tumeroks and whatever abominations they have created with my precious plants and I shall reward you."

Tumerok Gardener Leader says, "My vines will leave you a pierced, rotting corpse."

You hear the creak of a door opening to the west.

Lord Balthall Opening Dialog

Lord Balthall tells you, "[Player Name], you are a sight for sore eyes! What's this? My wife sent you?"

Lord Balthall tells you, "These tumeroks have done something vile to our experiments. Be careful if you are venturing further."

Lord Balthall tells you, "Here, let me use some of my magic, it may help you."

Lord Balthall cast Incantation of Piercing Protection Other on you.

Lord Balthall gives you Lord Balthall's Key.

Lord Balthall tells you, "This key will open the door to the final room in our gardens. It's where our most cherished experiments were housed. There's no telling what the tumeroks did to them."

Lord Balthall tells you, "Some of the plants baser insticts seem to remain, I've observed them eating their new tumerok masters on occasion."

Lord Balthall tells you, "If you do make it out, tell my wife I'm okay. I am going to stay behind and keep an eye on things here."

Lord Balthall tells you, "Be careful, I've observed the plants eating the tumeroks. They seem to have developed a taste for flesh."

Lord Balthall gives you Lord Balthall's Key.

Lord Balthall tells you, "Goodluck [Player Name]."

Using the Large Monster Plant Seed

You place your hand atop the massive monster seed. You sense a hunger radiating from within.

Giving Tumerok Gardened Head to Large Monster Plant Seed

You allow Large Monster Plant Seed to examine your Tumerok Gardener's Head.

You hand over 1 of your Tumerok Gardener's Heads.

As [Player Name] reaches out with the Tumerok Gardener's Head, a small vine reaches out from the seed and snatches it from their hand. The ground rumbles and a massive vine appears.

Killing final Monstrous Spiked Vine

Monstrous Spiked Vine is utterly destroyed by your attack!

The vine crumples, defeated!

Showing Large Monster Plant Seed to Lord Balthall

You allow Lord Balthall to examine your Large Monster Plant Seed.

Lord Balthall tells you, "Incredible."

Lord Balthall tells you, "I mean...it's disgusting what the tumeroks did with our creations down here."
