| Title = nVidia GTS2 - graphical glitches
| Category = Graphics
| Question = I changed my graphic card from a TNT2u to a GTS2 recently. The nVidia drivers for both cards are ver.6.31. I can now play at 1280x960 and the game looks awesome. However I have noticed some minor graphical glitchs every 15 secs or so. They consist of a bright flash and if you look closely there is a slight graphic corruption at the same time.

I posed on a nVidia newsgroup about this and got several replies all confirming the same problem (all using 6.xx drivers). Is this something know about and is it going to be fixed.

Best wishes....Storm
| Answer = This is most likely a driver problem, which places it in NVidia's hands to fix. Like most software developers, we write to a graphics API (DirectX 6.1, in our case), and what happens beyond that API (at the driver level) is beyond our control.

Nvidia is usualy very good about fixing driver bugs, so you might want to try installing newer (or older) drivers..
