The very top chamber of a [[Shadow Spire]]. One of the two spires that currently exist on Dereth is found on the [[Singularity Caul]] at [[91.8S, 92.8W - Shadow Spire|91.8S, 92.8W]]. The head of the [[Shield of Isin Dule Spire]] contains a level 160 Shadow Cyst, which drops lumps of flesh used to open the [[Fleshy Trove]] also found in the head of the spire.<br />

The other spire is found is in [[Tou-Tou]] at 29.5S, 94.2E. The majority of the spire is buried in a mountain with only the head visible. A portal to [[The Shadows]] dungeon is found here and unlike spires before it which require a portal to reach the top, this one can be reached simply by climbing the mountain.<br />
