Down inside the bunker at 64.9S 44.1W is the NPC the [[Jailer]]. Just north of the Jailer is a hidden wall, behind it is a hidden portal (does not show up on radar) to Jester's Prison, double click the portal to enter. The Jester's Prison Door inside is Resistance 9999 to lockpick. To gain access you will need to give [[Laylana]]'s [[Pleading Letter]] to [[Lord Cynreft Mhoire]] and obtain the [[Jester Prison Key]]. The key is usable for 24 hours (as many times as needed). You can obtain another key 48 hours after completing the quest by talking to the [[Jailer]].
