# Work your way down to the [[Adolescent Olthoi Brood Matron]] and camp her until you have all 3 of her random trophies: {{Itemlink|Brood Matron Adolescent Tail}}, {{Itemlink|Brood Matron Adolescent Tarsus}} and {{Itemlink|Brood Matron Adolescent Tibia}}
#* There are two Matrons if the spawn time is too slow for your group (see map).
# After you have the three Matron parts, work your way down to the [[Adolescent Olthoi Brood Queen]] and camp her until you have all 6 of her random trophies: {{Itemlink|Brood Queen Adolescent Carapace}}, {{Itemlink|Brood Queen Adolescent Claw}}, {{Itemlink|Brood Queen Adolescent Crest}}, {{Itemlink|Brood Queen Adolescent Femur}}, {{Itemlink|Brood Queen Adolescent Head}} and {{Itemlink|Brood Queen Adolescent Metathorax}}.
#* There are two Queens if the spawn time is too slow for your group (see map).
# If in a fellowship, make sure everyone has all 9 trophies before you leave.
# Hand the parts to the [[Olthoi Hunter]] near [[Arwic]] at 30.9N, 56.3E to receive your rewards.

Notes
* If you are having a hard time with the Queen, use the Queen room that has the exit portal. If you stand in the corridor leading to the exit the Queen and Warrior cannot reach you (the ceiling is too low). Only the Swarm Eviscerators can get past the ceiling.
* There is also a second 60+ [[Olthoi Brood Hive (60+)|Olthoi Brood Hive]] at 60.2N, 61.2E.
