Benjirou tells you, "The bartender next to me sells a few contracts. Contracts are a great way to find work around here. Sometimes people will even reward you with a pretty penny for your efforts." 
Benjirou tells you, "The contracts are sealed with different colored wax to denote their difficulty. A greenhorn like you should stick to the blue contracts for now." 
Benjirou tells you, "Make sure you stop by the Pathwarden over at 33.5S 72.8E before you go off to make a name for yourself. Simply hand him the Pathwarden Token in your pack and he'll give you access to a suit of armor that isn't to be sneezed at." 
Benjirou tells you, "Oh yeah, one last thing. If you're ever finished with a contract simply get rid of it."
